Victim Services - Virginia Department of Corrections

The Virginia Department of Corrections Victim Services provides comprehensive support and resources for victims of crime whose offenders are under the jurisdiction of the Virginia Department of Corrections. The primary mission is to ensure victims' rights are protected throughout the entire criminal justice process, from conviction through reentry.

Eligibility and Coverage:

Services are available to all crime victims whose offenders are incarcerated, on probation, or under parole supervision through the Virginia Department of Corrections. This includes victims from Louisa County and all Virginia localities regardless of where the crime occurred, provided the offender falls under VADOC jurisdiction.
