The service includes support for youth in suicidal crisis, those experiencing emotional distress, and individuals needing mental health guidance. Multilingual support and various communication methods ensure accessibility to diverse populations. The organization also offers online resources, parenting guides, and tools available on Parenting.org and YourLifeYourVoice.org. The hotline reports that over 10,800 youth suicides have been prevented thanks to this service over the past 20 years. Specialized support is available for the speech- and hearing-impaired via email. These services aim to provide immediate, accessible, and culturally sensitive crisis intervention and mental health support for vulnerable populations in and beyond Virginia, including Louisa County residents who can access these national services via phone or online.**
