• Services are available to adults 18 years and older.
• Care needs are determined using the Uniformed Assessment Instrument (UAI), reviewed by the Director of Nursing.
• Pricing varies based on the level of care required and room selection.

Capacity and Service Area:

• The community can accommodate up to 85 residents for both assisted living and memory care.
• Individuals experiencing dementia and inconsistency are welcome.
