Old Glory Home Health Care and Assistive Care - Companion Services

Mission: Old Glory Home Health Care and Assistive Care is dedicated to providing assistive care services that support aging individuals, people with disabilities, and those needing additional help to maintain independence at home.

Services Provided:

• Homemaker Services: Assistance with household tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Companion Care & Social Support: Providing companionship and social interaction to reduce isolation and improve quality of life.
• Sitter Services: Supervision and support for individuals who require someone present for safety or reassurance.
• Laundry: Help with washing, drying, and folding clothes and linens.
• Transportation: Rides to and from medical appointments and errands.
• Errands: Assistance with grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and other essential errands.
• Meal Preparation & Cooking: Support with planning, preparing, and cooking nutritious meals.
• Medical Reminders: Ensuring individuals take medications as prescribed.
• Mobility Assistance: Help with moving safely around the home.

Personal Care Services:

• Personal Care Assistant (PCA): Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and other mobility support.

Who Is Served:

• Individuals in need of in-home assistive care, including seniors, people with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or surgery.
