Waterworks Players

Mission:
Waterworks Players is a community theater organization dedicated to enriching the cultural life of Farmville, VA, and the surrounding region through live theatrical productions and opportunities for community involvement in the performing arts.

Services and Programs:

• Live Theatrical Productions: Waterworks Players produces a variety of plays and musicals throughout the year, including classics, contemporary works, and family-friendly performances. Recent and upcoming productions include "Red" by John Logan, "The Play That Goes Wrong," "Appropriate," "Robin Hood," "The Addams Family," and "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof."
• Open Auditions: The organization regularly holds open auditions for its productions, welcoming community members of all experience levels to participate as actors or in backstage roles. Auditions typically involve cold readings from scripts and are held at the Waterworks Theatre.
