Mission:
The Appalachian College of Pharmacy (ACP) is dedicated to providing academic, scientific, and professional pharmacy education to address the health-related needs of rural and underserved communities, particularly those in Appalachia, through education, service, and scholarship.

Academic Programs

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD): ACP offers a unique three-year Doctor of Pharmacy program, which allows students to graduate and enter the workforce one year earlier than traditional four-year programs. The curriculum maintains rigorous standards with equivalent classroom hours and clinical training.
• Doctor of Public Health: ACP confers a Doctor of Public Health degree, with a focus on serving rural and underserved populations.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician: The college also provides a program for pharmacy technician certification.
