• Helpline: Provides answers to Parkinson’s-related questions in English and Spanish, as well as referrals to PD experts and local resources.
• Care Programs: Offers a Global Care Network of designated centers with skilled staff knowledgeable in the latest Parkinson’s treatments and care, connecting individuals with high-quality care.
• Educational Resources: Maintains a comprehensive PD Library, hospital safety guides, online education, and professional education courses (including continuing education credits) for healthcare professionals.
• Support Resources: Includes tools for care partners, emotional and mental health resources, legal, financial, and insurance guidance, and community grants.
• Research Initiatives: Funds innovative research and clinical studies, such as PD GENEration (genetic testing and counseling) and the Parkinson’s Outcomes Project, the largest clinical study of Parkinson’s disease. Also supports Parkinson’s Virtual Biotech for developing new treatments.
