Mission:
Medicare, administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), is a federal health insurance program designed to provide coverage for individuals aged 65 and older, certain younger people with disabilities, and individuals with End-Stage Renal Disease. The program aims to ensure access to affordable healthcare services for eligible populations across the United States, including residents of Louisa County, VA and surrounding regions.

• Individuals aged 65 or older
