Mission:
The National Center on Elder Abuse (NCEA) is dedicated to providing the latest information and resources on research, training, policy, and best practices for preventing and responding to elder mistreatment.

Overview

NCEA was established by the U.S. Administration on Aging (AoA) in 1988 and became a permanent resource center under the 1992 amendments to Title II of the Older Americans Act. It is one of 27 AoA-funded Resource Centers and is recognized as a national leader in elder justice.
