Mission:
To build economic bridges between Hispanic businesses and the community at large in order to create, promote, and enhance business opportunities for its members and partners.

The Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is a statewide organization dedicated to supporting Hispanic and Latino businesses and individuals throughout Virginia, including Louisa County and surrounding regions. The Chamber serves as a culturally-accessible and trusted central point for Hispanic and Latino-led businesses, aiming to strengthen economic and social well-being through business and cultural engagement.

Services and Programs

• Business Development:
• Offers training courses, consultations, and resources to help Hispanic individuals prepare for the workforce, start businesses, and pursue government contracts.
• Provides a Small Business Loan Program to support business growth.
• Maintains a Member Healthcare Alliance for business members.
• Events and Networking:
• Organizes over 150 events annually, including job fairs, legislative receptions, and cultural festivals such as the ¿Qué Pasa? Festival and Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations.
• Hosts job fairs both in-person and online to connect job seekers with employers across the state.
• Community Engagement:
• Runs the Impacto Latino Program and offers home buying resources to support community members.
• Publishes a Hispanic business directory to help new families and businesses connect with local resources.
• Volunteer and Internship Opportunities:
• Provides opportunities for community members to volunteer at major events, assist in the office, and participate in educational and fundraising activities.
