Mission & Overview:
Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council is a regional council of the Girl Scouts of the USA, dedicated to empowering girls and young women through leadership development, skill-building, and community engagement. The council is part of a national movement founded in 1912 by Juliette Gordon Low, which has grown to include nearly 2 million girl members and over 50 million alums nationwide.

Service Area & Eligibility
