Amelia County Food Pantry

Mission: Feed More and its partner agencies, including the Amelia County Food Pantry, are dedicated to fighting hunger and providing nourishment to neighbors in need throughout Central Virginia, including Louisa County residents.

Services:

• Emergency and Supplemental Food Assistance: Distribution of nutritious food to individuals and families facing food insecurity.
• Culturally Responsive Options: Offers foods requiring little or no cooking equipment, Latin American cultural foods, low/no added sodium and sugar canned options, and prepared meals.
• Eligibility: Visitors must meet certain eligibility requirements to receive assistance.

Feed More operates a comprehensive hunger relief network with over 380 distribution partners, delivering millions of pounds of food annually across 34 counties and cities. The organization is a member of Feeding America and Meals on Wheels America, ensuring access to healthy meals for vulnerable populations.
