Mission: Youth Advocate Programs (YAP), Inc. is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing community-based support and advocacy for youth, adults, and families, including those in Virginia and the Louisa County region.

YAPWrap® Model: An intensive, individualized, holistic care planning and management approach for high and complex need youth and families, delivered in homes, schools, and communities.
