Mission: To remove barriers to effective communication so that persons who are Deaf and hard of hearing can fully participate in programs and services throughout Virginia.

- Interpretation services for state agencies and courts
- Sign language interpreter directory and coordination
- Virginia Quality Assurance Screening (VQAS) for interpreting competence
- Virginia Relay services including TRS, CTS, and internet-based relay
- Equipment and telecommunication assistance
- Community outreach and support programs
VDDHH aims to ensure full access and participation for deaf and hard of hearing individuals across the Commonwealth.
