Goochland Powhatan Community Services (GPCS) provides comprehensive behavioral health, developmental, and substance use services to individuals and families in Goochland and Powhatan counties, with some regional programs that may serve neighboring areas. Their mission is to support community wellness and recovery through accessible, person-centered care.

GPCS also participates in regional initiatives like the Rural Overdose & Outreach Team (ROOT) Project, focusing on overdose prevention and outreach.
