Skyline CAP, Inc. is a nonprofit community action agency dedicated to strengthening communities by providing access to education, housing, economic opportunities, and essential services. The organization serves residents in Louisa County and surrounding areas, focusing on empowering individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency and improved quality of life.

Key Programs & Services:

• Head Start: Early childhood education and family support to prepare children for school success.
• Healthy Families: Accredited home-visiting program supporting pregnant families and families with infants/young children, focusing on child welfare, health, and development through voluntary home visits and the SAFE (Safety Advances Family Empowerment) initiative.
• Housing Assistance: Support for safe, affordable housing, including emergency home repairs, housing choice vouchers, affordable housing, and counseling to prevent homelessness.
• Project Discovery: Resources and guidance to help students stay in and graduate from high school.
