Mission: The Central Virginia Regional Housing Partnership (RHP), established by the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC), is dedicated to ensuring access to safe, decent, and affordable housing for all residents in the region, including Louisa County.

• Strategic Planning: Develops and implements strategic plans to guide affordable housing efforts and address challenges in the region.
