About This Service
Mission: Empowering adults across Virginia to achieve their high school equivalency and advance their educational and career opportunities.
Services:
- GED® Testing: Provides information and access to the official GED® test for adults who have not completed high school.
- Free Testing Vouchers: Eligible participants can earn vouchers to take the GED® test for free by enrolling in adult education programs, completing a questionnaire, logging 12 hours of attendance, and passing the GED® Ready practice test.
- Adult Education Referrals: Connects individuals to local adult education programs for preparation and support.
- Transcript Services: Assistance with obtaining GED® transcripts for graduates.
- Statewide Access: Services are available to all Virginia residents, including those in Louisa County.
