About This Service
Mission: Wilderness Community Church is dedicated to serving the spiritual and practical needs of its community, including Louisa County residents.
Services:
- Food Pantry: Open every third Saturday of the month, providing food assistance to families struggling with food insecurity. Spanish language support is available (Despensa de Alimentos).
- Compassion Ministry: Offers limited financial assistance for individuals and families in need. Contact 540-972-8808, ext 112 for more information.
- Warm the Hearth: A wood ministry that supplies firewood to families who heat their homes with woodstoves.
- Worship and Community Support: Weekly Sunday Celebration Service at 10 AM, with children's ministries (Nursery and KidZone) and youth programs.
- Support Groups and Classes: Includes Bible studies, support groups for men and women, and youth activities.
The church welcomes all individuals, regardless of background, and strives to provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. Louisa County residents are eligible for all services.
