Mission: Prevent A Litter Veterinary Hospital (PAL) is dedicated to eliminating the killing of healthy, adoptable companion animals due to overpopulation. Their mission is to provide high-quality, affordable, and accessible spay/neuter services to the public, regardless of income or geographic location—including residents of Louisa County, VA.

Services Provided:

• Low-cost spay/neuter surgeries for cats and dogs
• Vaccinations and preventative care (including parasite prevention)
• Special programs such as Friday's Fund For Ferals, PAL's Pit Fix Program, and a Community Cat Food Pantry
• Education on the importance of spaying/neutering and animal welfare
