Mission: The Health Wagon is dedicated to providing quality health care to medically underserved individuals in rural Appalachia, regardless of their ability to pay.

Services:

• Primary and Preventive Care: Comprehensive medical services through stationary and mobile clinics.
• Mobile Clinics: Bringing healthcare directly to remote and underserved communities, including disaster relief and outreach events.
• Pharmacy Services: St. Mary’s Faith Pharmacy offers free or low-cost medications to those in need.
• Dental Care: Owens and Hill Dental Clinic provides dental services for uninsured and underinsured patients.
• Special Outreach: Free vaccines (including tetanus), medication replacement, health check-ups, and essential supplies during emergencies (such as flood relief efforts).
• Community Events: Regular health fairs and mission events across Southwest Virginia, open to all residents in the region.

The Health Wagon serves residents across Southwest Virginia, including those from Louisa County, through its mobile outreach and regional events. Services are available to all, with a focus on uninsured, underinsured, and low-income individuals.
