About Loudoun Literacy Council
Since 1980, Loudoun Literacy Council has been dedicated to changing lives through reading and learning, promoting personal growth and empowerment. The organization believes that literacy is essential for developing young learners, strengthening families, enabling parental involvement in education, and ensuring access to economic opportunities.
Services:
- Adult Literacy Programs: English as a Second Language (ESL) classes at multiple proficiency levels, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
