Virginia Peninsula Community College (VPCC) is a public community college that provides accessible, high-quality educational opportunities to residents of the Virginia Peninsula and surrounding regions. While its primary service area includes the cities of Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Williamsburg, and the counties of James City and York, as a member of Virginia’s Community Colleges, VPCC programs are open to all Virginia residents, including those from Louisa County.
