About This Service
Mission: Kibler Cares is a family-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals entering hospice care, their caregivers, and animals in need throughout Virginia, including Louisa County residents.
Services:
- Joy for Hospice Patients: Provides resources and support to enhance the quality of life for individuals under hospice care, including direct assistance to patients and facilities.
- Caregiver Recognition: Offers monetary awards to professional hospice caregivers in recognition of their dedication and service.
- Scholarships: Annually awards scholarships to high school seniors pursuing careers in healthcare, fostering the next generation of compassionate professionals.
- Animal Assistance: Allocates limited funds to help pets receive necessary medical care so they can be adopted by loving families. Annual donations are also made to area animal shelters.
