Mission: The Sum is dedicated to fostering awareness, solidarity, and meaningful change across differences such as race, gender, socioeconomic class, religion, disability, and culture.

Services:

• Assessment & Consultation: Offers the Power of Difference Assessment (PDA) and in-depth consultations to help individuals and organizations understand unconscious patterns and biases.
• Experiential Learning & Certification: Provides experiential learning opportunities and the Power of Difference Certification (PDC) to deepen understanding and integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles.
• Solidarity Leadership Coaching: Supports leaders and teams in developing skills for solidarity, effective leadership, and inclusive practices.
• Free Resources: Includes a free Race Pattern Quiz (RPQ) to help users identify their primary pattern related to race and receive personalized recommendations.
