Visitors can find fresh, Virginia-grown produce, grass-fed meats, free-range eggs, local honey, herbs, flowers, and a variety of baked goods. The market also features handcrafted items such as jewelry, soaps, and yard art, showcasing the talents of local artisans.

Activities and Recognition:
- The market operates seasonally from the first Saturday in May through the end of October, with hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- In May 2024, the market celebrated its 16th season and the dedication of the new Whitlock Family Park, a permanent home donated by the Whitlock family.
- The market accepts SNAP/EBT cards and offers a FreshMatch program, matching up to $30 per week for fruits and vegetables, enhancing food accessibility for the community.
- During the winter months, a Winter Market is held at the VFW on Mineral Avenue on the first and third Saturdays from January through April, operating from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
