LouisaClean is a volunteer organization in Louisa County, Virginia, focused on routine trash clean-ups and addressing litter issues. The organization's mission is to increase awareness among Louisa County residents about the importance of keeping the county's roadways clean. They work towards this goal through various initiatives, including bi-annual county-wide cleanups, collaborating with VDOT to expand the "Adopt A Highway" program, and engaging with businesses, churches, civic associations, local government, and schools. - In April 2025, REC employees joined LouisaClean for a trash pickup along Fredericks Hall Road, collecting 16 bags of litter. This followed a previous cleanup in the fall where 40 REC employees collected 70 bags.
